Join us for an Interactive Post Processing Demonstration on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023 at 7pm, Lone Tree Civic Center or virtually. Virtual Meeting details emailed to members. If you would like to join us in person, arrive 30 minutes early for social time.
LPTC member Michael Ryno will demonstrate techniques he uses to post process nature and landscape images using standard programs including Lightroom & Photoshop along with plugins including NIK Color Efex Pro and NIK Silver Efex Pro. The processing will also include a brief demonstration of luminosity masking using TK Actions. He will also provide a short demonstration of processing with Capture One. Note that the presentation is intended to be “interactive” with encouragement for other attendees to offer suggestions during the demonstration based upon processing techniques they use.
Jessica Vallia will deconstruct several of her award winning images. She uses painterly style techniques to ‘wow’ both her clients and judges alike. She will take you through several of her images from straight out of the camera to the ins and outs of the final image. The sky’s the limit when producing artistic portraits and Jessica is never afraid to try new techniques or push the boundaries of what one might consider possible with her portraits.
