Color Theory

Trish Sangelo presents “Color Theory” on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024 at 7pm, virtually only this month. Register to attend remotely via Zoom.
Join 30 minutes early for social time, to visit with your fellow club members and meet some new folks. The program is 7pm – 9pm.

Trish will cover:

  • How colors translate into B/W
  • How the value of color translates into contrast
  • How to use color to control the viewers eye
  • How color effects the mood of the images and how the viewer responds to it

About Trish Sangelo
Professor Trish Sangelo is a fine art and portrait photographer. She received her Master of Photography from Cranbrook Academy of Art. She is the Director of the Colorado Gallery of the Arts and Study Abroad Program. Trish has been teaching darkroom, portrait, studio and travel photography at Arapahoe Community College for over 32 years.
