Byers-Evans House

Byers-Evans HouseJoin us at the Byers-Evans House Museum in Denver on Thursday, June 8, 2003, 1:30 – 3:30 pm.

A tour is scheduled for 1:30 pm followed by a shooting session from 2:30-3:30 pm. Cost for the tour is $10 for adults and $8 for seniors. There is no flash photography and tripods are allowed.

The Center for Colorado Women’s History (CCWH) focuses on tours and exhibits that expand the understanding and collective memory of the history of women in Colorado. Built in 1883 by William Byers, founder of the Rocky Mountain News, the Byers-Evans House has been the home of inspiring women in two prominent Denver families (Byers and Evans).
