There is a new meetup group in the Springs, Digital Photography with Jason O'Dell, and there is a meetup this Saturday at the Garden of the Gods which may be of interest to the members. Always nice to tour the GOG with someone who knows the area well. Jason O'Dell in fairly well known for the Nikonians Podcast and his books on Capture NX


On the 30th of August, the last Monday in August, I will be giving a presentation at the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts called "Simply HDR". It is mostly about using a simple blending technique to extend the dynamic range of an image and post processing it with Nik's software tools. It starts at 7pm. There is another presentation right before it and I hope to start this presentation right away so I can cover all the things I want to cover. So, it will start right away after the first presentation ends.
